What should i expect?
what sort of power should i expect on the dyno, and is there anyone that has my set up, or close to it?
i am converting the car to 6spd at the moment, but am going to be running 8# on an S-trim. it has 42# injectors, and it will be better tuned. everything else is stock..and i mean STOCK.
last time i went to the dyno, at 5.5# i put down a measly 294@4700 when the converter locked up mid run. I attribute some powerloss to the automatic, it was in very very poor shape, but i was also having A/F issues, idling at 13:1 and 60% throttle yeilded 11:1...and WOT was in the single digit range, guessing 8.5:1 or so roughly as the wideband couldnt read that fat. i also had HUGE amounts of knock retard (~7800 in one 3rd gear pull) but was only running 22-24 degrees of timing. it was all kinds of messed up, but i will be tuning it out some once the 6spd is in it.
so, any estimates, or comparable cars?
