What Else is Needed to when Installing a Supercharger?

I might have the opportunity to get a supercharger. The full kit and everything. Not saying that it WILL happen...but I may be able to get one for a cheap price and have it installed for free.

My question is: What else is needs to be done after you install a supercharger? Are they direct bolt on's? Or is there more to it when all is said and done?

My 96' Z28 is mostly stock...plus the mods listed in my signature...

Your going to need bigger injectors, and a tune at the bare minimum, and you will want to begin saving for a new shortblock, lt1's do not like boost. All that is just from what iv read. I'm sure someone else can help more then I can, but this is a start.

Check out Call911's post in this sticky. The real price of forced induction with all the supporting mods can go upward of 13000 dollars.
