Want to remove plastic cover in front of radiator (cross flow for intercooler)

I have have a 95 T/A that i removed the fog lights and cut a hole where the licnce plate is. (have a 2 core intercoooler in the bumper (support removed)

I want to remove want to remove plastic cover in front of radiator so that i can get direct flow through the inter-cooler and radiator is this a good thing for better cooling or will this disturb air flow etc..

I pulled out all the plastic in there when I put my FMIC in. The only thing that is left is the lower air dam and my car still cools just fine even with the factory radiator and WP.

I honestly didn't measure them..seems to cool pretty good though- however I also have a stinger hood and I can look thru the cowl and see light thru the headlight buckets so that I'm sure improves air flow as well.

I've removed ALL of my plastic underguard. Temps increased a small amount. Put on a RKsport front lip and temps go up even more now on HOT (95+) days, especially on the freeway. I installed 2 puller fans on the intercooler hoping to A. Keep IC from heatsoaking (its working) and B. Reduce radiator temp a little when it gets a touch hot (does not work). With the 4" core, i had to ditch the foglamps, so i have my fans wired to the old fog light connectors. I simply turn on parking lamp and fog light switch to engage.
