Nice work! Top notch stuff!

This is getting me all excited again. Once my divorce is done and I get a new place... I'll be back in the game! Thanks Eric for motivating me again!

Very nice. A question about the airflow to the intercooler. It appears that the intercooler is located in just front of the radiator and relies on the stock front air dam to direct air up. Does this provide enough air to cool both the intercooler and radiator, ie. does the radiator still get enough airflow?

We haven't seen any cooling issues. We are also using an AEM methanol kit to help keep intake temperatures down.

We origionally were going to go with a larger intercooler, but the customer was against cutting anything in the car.

Did you have to give up the front sway bar?

We can do that too. We can build an Air to Water intercooler to fit in the front of the vehicle, run the ice chest and pump in the rear.

Let me know if you are interested...

Our goals are not too high for this vehicle. We are aiming for 650rwhp or so, but will be happy with whatever number it makes. It is more about the street ablity of the vehicle then the overall dyno number. The customer drove it today and said it feels like stock until 3000rpm when the turbo comes alive!

Your project seems very intereting, and I welcome the opportunity to speak to you one on one about it. We have a few ideas that might work for what you are doing, but need some more details from you.

I would like to thank everyone for their positive response and feed back. I would also like to thank all the people who contacted us regarding purchasing a kit. I have answered all the private messages, and welcome the opportunity to answer any other questions people may have.

2 year trend

I too have waited about two years to install my engine ordered from VRE... what's up with that?

As soon as I get back from Iraq at the end of Oct I am putting some of that hard earned money into that car to get my camaro going. Can't wait! Been a long time coming.

Eric, Great job there I bought my Diamond Pistons and Total Seal Rings for my turbo setup from you. My setup drives just like your customer states. Feels like stock driving to and from work daily. But put your foot in it and it REALLY responds. An absolute Demon at just 12 psi. Thanks for making something great for the Turbo LT1 enthusiast.
