The best he was able to pull off all day was a 11.80 @ 128.4. The sixty foot was still non existant, and he did almost stall it out every time.

Wow trappin 129MPH at like 11.80s...some help needed in traction and shifting probably. I trap 11.90@114mph through a 383lt1 4l60e withh 411rwhp.
Very Very Nice kit I would love to purchuse but im a 4th gen drivetrain stuck in a mullet 3rd gen car ....it leaves people surprised

Im going with the DIY T76 just bc of the fact.

I kant launch the car off the brakes. I had to launch Idle. 3rd gen brakes are really ****ty. Cant hold more then 1400rpm. My passes are good for 11.70s The car also doesnt make 411RWHP untill 6080 RPM My car shift ponts are 6100 but sometimes it bangs the limiter.

you guys are not seeing the 128 mph trap speeds, car can go mid to low 10's with that mph just needs a 1.5-1.6 60ft. Put Et drags on it leave off the two step at full boost and rip gears like it owes you money see what happens.

Any thoughts on doing the parts ala carte' like selling the coated 1 3/4" headers for $ and the rest of the hot parts for $ and so on so that those of us on a really tight budget can piecemeal your kit together over time? $3200 is alot to swallow in one bite!!!

I run a 355LT4 forged with a T76 turbonetics unit.. that is pretty good for 10psi!!! the ET is simply M6 not being shifted hard.. that is going to take some getting used to by the driver as at peak boost and the rpm's zinging for the rev limiter, it is not as easy to shift as a naturally aspirated motor that is about out of breath anyways..lol

traction is also a very limiting factor.. it takes a well prepped track for the car to stay hooked after it launches.. in my 96 vette I leave with minimal tirespin and hooking well and as the nose is still in the air the turbo comes online and the 315 nittos go all to hell... but with an IRS in the back I am shy of the two step and slicks... better to enjoy a good MPH in the 1/4 then to worry about buying driveline parts.

I would say this kit with proper track mods ie. Automatic tranny and some slicks and up the boost a few pounds on good gas is a high 9 second sleeper!

Look forward to watching it unfold and progress!

Chris
