v8 turbo question

v8 turbo question

ive been looking around and i was wondering, how you single turbo a v8. because all the pictures i see are v8's with twin turbos.

You check and post in the FI section - Most of ours here are singles.

Short version - build a crossover pipe and merge the two sides together, add turbo.

LT1boost.net has turbo kits available and pictures that would answer your question. FI is referring to Forced Induction.

what i wanted to know was... do you have to like make your on pipes for the crossover or what

no i wanted to know how you would build the crossover pipe for a engine bay setup...

like do you make it yourself or do you order it from somewhere

You either build it yourself, or you can order a complete set (all hotparts - manifolds, crossover, etc.). I don't know about any other vendors, but I am too busy to take an order on just a crossover right now.
