a twin turbo setup for 3rd gen

i was told that there was a twin turbo setup for 3rd gens that were made a couple of years ago

i think they were called Banks twin turbo setups or something close

does anyone know where i can find one of these or another twin turbo setup

i have an 87 IROC with an LT1(hotcam and 1.6s for now) and i would like to get a TT setup

BTW i am a N2O junkie but i am seeing the light with this forced induction idea

i have a pair of the banks manifolds.....they are rare and banks doesn't sell the kit anymore.

You might be able to call them up and try and buy a pair but it would be eaiser to just make some log headers out of mild steel and do it that way. It really isn't that hard and you could do it much cheaper

last i heard banks wanted $700 for their manifolds and to support a decent amount of horsepower you have to port the $hit ou of them and drill our the wastegate hole to 15/16" and trust me doing the above wasn't fun

there are no turbo kits available for thirdgens presently....its all custom.

you could try and get a 4th gen kit and try and adapt it to a thirdgen but for the money that a kit costs i wouldn't want to be changing things

it really isn't that hard to take make some log headers and put the turbos in the same place that the banks kit did.
