Can sombody tell me the pros and cons of a rear mount turbo vs a turbo under the hood? Things like cost difference, boost differences, intercooler, etc. One of my main questions is if you have a rear mount turbo, can you drive in the rain?

I'm thinking about doing this on a built 383 93 LT1 and just trying to see all my options. Thanks
