pics of the dynaspark and my turbo setup there. Get my 4” oval in on mondy, hoping to do the catback then. I have a few other small misc things to get done, but hoping to be running in 2-3 weeks. I have a few tests this week, and a kart race or 2153125 coming up, so I have very limited time to work on it.

 

Where did you get that Dynaspark? Is it just an upgraded Opti? Anything special about it, I've never herd of it.

are those two passenger side SLPs?

 

yup. I was going to make my own, but they worked great. I will prolly redo the whole thing at a later date, and make my own. but these are plenty big

ha yea, I was assembling 3 engines at the time, with no table. lol. I have a shop now

 

Awesome fabrication using the two slp headers and saving yourself a lot of time/money on custom fabricating headers. Me I'm lazy and going all bolt on stuff, I wish I had the patience that you do!

 

well, I am probably going to sell this kit in a few months :-P bolt it on

 

If I didn't just trade my T-76 and air-water IC for an aftercooled vortech setup I would probably buy it from you and do just that..

 

did you do all the piping yourself? how much of the turbo tech is left in there?

NONE is turbo tech, I made it all.. and its all stainless, cept the downpipe. If you look at pics of a turbotech kit, this is totally diff.

I actually thought about having a jig made and having a professional fabricator build a few sets. all i really need is a block/heads/kmember/steering rack and I could mock them up to ensure proper fit. or i could just build myself a new one every 6 months and sell my old one :-P

 

Is that a power stroke turbo (Garret)? What did you pull the turbo off or is it new?

 

it is a Turbonetics T76, q-trim, ball bearing .98 exhaust a/r tangental.


only the good stuff.. oh, did I mention it also has nitrous.
