tubing size
what size tubing exhaust size tube would i need for 2 60-1 turbos on a 383. how much bigger should the down pipe be than the pipe from the header to turbos? would 2 1/2 from the header to the turbo be enough and then dual 2 1/2" exhaust or would dual 3" downpipes be reccomended ? the problem is i dont think i could fit dual 3" exhaust in the tunnel? mabey i can go to 2" after the cats
let me know what you think

Re: tubing size
If you're concerned with space, you may want to stick with a large single instead of the twins. On my S10, I have 3" pipe running off of each PT61. You really don't want to neck the pipe down if it can be helped.
Re: tubing size
so what your saying i would need 3 inch tube going to and from each turbo?
or should i run 2 1/2" to each turbo than 3" down pipe from each turbo to possibly a single 4" mufflex or simalar or dual 3" exhaust

Thats exactly what I did.
Re: tubing size
I used a 3" collector, reduced it down to 2.5" then into the turbo's. Out of the turbo exhaust I used 3" to a y pipe and used a 4" mufflex system. On the compressor side I used 2.5 inch pipes to the intercooler, then a 3" to the throttle body. Hope it clears up some misconceptions.

Re: tubing size
Just air. Still have all the stock accessories. I used a 1LE pully and cut one of the ends off of it and turned it around backwards. I was able to sneek a 3" downpipe past that stuff!!
