Forced Induction Supercharger/Turbocharger

Is it true you dont need a aftermarket fuel pump with teh ATI kit?

Is it true you dont need a aftermarket fuel pump with teh ATI kit?

I was talking to a speed shop and they were telling me that with teh ATI #7 kit all i need is 38 lb injectors no aftermarket fuel pump is this true? And if i go with the #5 kit can I use the stock injector?

ATI supplies an inline fuel pump with their kits along with FMU's.

You can use the stock injectors, but most people get new injectors (SVO 24#'s if you're going to use the FMU and 36 or 42# if you're going to ditch the FMU).

With your setup there is no need to go with 38 lb injectors. I would just switch you current injectors to SVO 24 lb injectors. THe problem with stock injectors is they tend to get stuck under high fuel pressure. I would install a 255 lph Walbro pump and be done with it.
