Too late to super charge?

I'm thinking of adding a SC and running a small amount of boost. I'm not sure how much because I don't know exactly how the PSIs work, but I would go with a very conservative one due to the fact I don't race all that much. Where is a good place to get them (how much do they typically run) and is it a bad idea to supercharge a car with 80000 miles?

My suggestion is to read up and learn some on the subject before you do anything. Boost is not something to take lightly.
The get you started, boost on a stock motor, usually ranges from 4.5psi to 8psi. Intercooled is better. Mileage is not really a problem on a well taken care of LT1. I do suggest a cylinder pressure check and maybe a leakdown test. I supercharged my SS at 185K miles, and plan on heads cam in June. Yes, I am crazy. But I am also carefull and slightly educated.
