ATI sells the 12 rib belts for $84 plus freight. If you order through a dealer you can get a better price than that.

Should have the new belt on sometime in the afternoon tomorrow, assuming it doesn't rain, and everything is still running good, I'll be trying my luck at the track.

The car has it in it, no doubt about that. I think a 10 is pushing it for a first time out with the new setup though, no matter how much street driving he's got under it.

The forecast is calling for thunderstorms thisafternoon So, you might not hear anything. If it doesn't happen today, I might try again on Thursday (although they are calling for a similar forecast then as well ). Sooner or later it will have a track run. With the traction I am getting just on the DR's, I don't see how I can't run a good time unless the car breaks .

I ran 11.8 @118 when I was only at 420 RWHP, so I would hope that the additional 194 RWHP should get me more than .8 in the quarter. Time will tell

I am in central Jersey (Burlington County) at McGuire AFB. Not sure if you are on the NJFBOA board or not, but my username is the same on there. I usually go to Atco. I might be going Thursday.

I just now got done with 4 hours worth of the blower belt install (thanks again for the help Josh ), I think its running good, but I won't be able to tell for a while. It is downpouring right now. I tried taking it for a test spin, but as soon as it saw 8#'s of boost the back end slipped and slidded all over the place at 90 MPH, so I thought I would hold off until things dry off.

The only issue is, I broke the coolant temperature sensor in the waterpump during the install. After a quick run to AutoZone, I replaced it with a new one, but the new one (even though it is really tightened into the waterpump as far as it will go) rubs a little on my tensioner . It just barely rubs on the edge of it, and when giving the car gas, the tensioner goes away from the sensor, but I have a feeling sooner or later it will destroy my new sensor .

Thanks again to all for all your help. I'll let everyone know in a couple days if its 100%.

Ben glad you got that fixed. I hate you. J/K. Nah I hate I can't just go the store down the street and pick up a part like you can but instead I have to wait 2 wks.

I'd think you guys w/ these 383's and big heads would be putting down bigger numbers HP wise but hell your mph's are nice! So those dyno numbers don't mean squat.

I've got a date w/ the dyno the 25th! Got to find me a trailer before then or limp it 2 hrs to the location. I wonder if I'll hit the 22psi it's pullied for?

Silas your car (as well as Fastbirds, and Ponyhntrs) ought to do a bit more power than mine on the dyno. Just be patient with it. Keep in mind mine has been running since last year, and I am just now working out the final bugs.

Just ran the car thismorning. Seems to be solid as it was before! The sensor is close, but still okay as of now. Asuming the weather and my schedule is good, Thursday will be a track day!

21.5 PSI is my prediction! Actually, results from your car is probably going to be the make or break for me sticking with the D-1SC or not. I'm VERY interested to see what yours does.
