stock blower question-3.8 blower on 3.4 engine?

Recently I was junkyard hopping and found a 95 Park Avenue Ultra with everything still under the hood and in working condition. I passed up on this setup at the time even though I was offered an insanely good deal on it and I still kick myself for doing so a little bit, but it wouldn't have worked for the application I was planning on using it on. My question is are the 3.8 components compatible on the 3.4 engine in a 94 Camaro? The Park Avenue's blower would have had the intake sitting in my firewall because its engine is mounted sideways with the pulleys on the passenger side and the intake on the drivers side. If this would have worked and I walked away from a killer setup, I'd like to know.

Two side notes; does anyone make a turbo header for a sbc that will flow as well as a set of Hooker Super Comps (or just Comps if it's a shorty header) if I just run them as a set of N/A headers (cap off the provisions)? Also, about four or five years ago a yellow 32 ford with a 454 and TWO blowers on it was making the rounds in car magazines and I'd like to know if anyone on this board knows of/has the magazines it was featured in, because there was one particular magazine that I saw on the shelf, thumbed through, can't remember the title to, and would like to get my hands on now. It was bigger then most normal-sized magazines, had a picture of this car on the cover, and had like a 4 or 6 page feature on the car. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Somebody have any answers for me? I'd like to know for future reference if the 3.8 stuff works on a 3.4. Also any info on either the headers or magazine would be helpful. Thanks.

I dont think it will work. I beleive the 3.4 is a 60 degree v6 and the 3.8 is a 90 degree v6. so i dont beleive the ports will interchange

Won't work, you would need a 3800 for the blower to fit. Then there are too many complications for that to work too. Grand Prix guys just swap motors when the go from the NA 3800 to the Supercharged one. Compression is different, injector bosses are in the heads so you have to swap the blower and intake, and the heads too, plus whatever other little changes have to be made. Those are just the big parts. I am sure I missed some small details.

If you were to try it, I don't know how well the tb would work out. It would be pointed directly at the firewall and I am not sure if it would fit or not.

I always thought it would be neat to do this to an f-body or a lowered s-10, but I don't have the time or the patients. And If the tb becomes an issue I don't have the fabrication skills either.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but I don't think it will work.
