Should I put a one way valve on the PCV?

I was thinking today that when I start building boost the boost will bleed off threw the PCV on the intake and back down to the non boost side or intake side, is this a big deal? Or am I wrong?

Naa the only line you need to block off or do anything with is the one coming from the TB to the passenger valve cover.

You are absolutely correct. If the PCV is left in the stock location you will blow some air into the crankcase. Mine is completely stock, so it is blowing a little while under boost. I know the PCV is a check valve, but when i rebuilt the motor i took off the valve and simulated boost by blowing into the valve, and it didn't seal 100%, not even close. I then went to the parts store and did the same with the new one and it was the same. I built a check valve assembly utilizing a brake booster check valve and a little hose and a barb, but i haven't installed it as of yet. The ATI kits have you block the PCV intake vent right below the Throttle body and route the PCV to the intake elbow of the blower i believe.

I thought i was the only one using a brake booster check valve.

I created a loop in the system with a check valve, my CCV is always under vaccum because my throttle body is ahead of the blower so everything works out nice.

I would put a check valve on the CCV in your application to prevent boost from creaping in there.

before i did what i said i had a huge spray of oil under boost, its almost completely stopped oil from blowing out. I've got the usual intake leak i've got to go back and fix.

The Buick Turbo gang uses the check valve on the link below...I added one to my PCV line.
