who has replaced the stock plastic outlet tube that connects to the metal elbow with something bigger. since vortech has it get skinny like a snake so it fits inside the blower lip. i would like to find something that is the same size all the way and have it clamp over top on the outside of the lip. so pics also.

 

That piece does not go inside the blower lip (or blower outlet). A coupler is used to connect that peice to the blower outlet. The blower outlet and the inlet of that plastic piece both have roughly the same ID. I don't think you'd see much (if any) benifit in changing it out.

 

yep thats what i meant- sorry. so a bigger size tube wouldn't do anything.
