Removing T-rex inline pump??

People that have removed their T-rex inline pump what did you do to the factory plastic line that you had to heat the barb up to get to seal?

Re: Removing T-rex inline pump??

i would probably say to use a sealant from a tube that is good to use with fuel rather than trying to melt the tube....

The Vortech kit has you heat the brass barb then insert it to the cut factory plastic line. I'm removing my T-Rex pump and want to return to stock conditions.

I would remove the pump and leave the hoses there. Get
a two-ended barbed coupler from Sears/Lowes/Home Depot
and splice the rubber hoses together.
