hey everybody
I have been doing alot of searching and im not shure the setup I have will cut it. (Racetronix pump+wiring harness and 50lb injectors) what is this fuel setup good to? Im thinking about doing a costom dual intank setup with racetronix pumps and going with bigger injectors.when you go big with injectors I understand you need some kind of injector box or something can somebody explain this to me..Im a noob when it comes to this whole fuel thing..thanks for the help

Re: Racetronix pump + 50lb injectors good to?
The injector box you refer to I assume is an impedance converter box.
(see www.acceleronics.com) Typically, larger injectors, 72 lbs and higher, are low impedance. (See the Racetronix Site.) The factory injectors and most smaller injectors are high impedance. As a result, trying to drive low impedance injectors with a factory computer will cause it to fail. The low impedance injectors draw too much current. The Versafueler converts the low impedance injectors to a higher impedance so that the factory ECU can drive them.
