Questions on new Setup?

Hi everyone, I have been reading the form for the past few months and am finally getting fired up to finish my project for the summer. Here are the specs of what I am working with.
-1995 camaro convertible
-6 speed trans
-383 stroker
-Eagle 4340 forged crank
-Eagle 4340 forged h-beam rods
-JE -31cc pistons
-Billet splayed caps on center (3) and studded mains
-stock head castings ported but have stock size manley undercut valves with comp beehive 26918 springs
-comp 224-236-114 cam with 1.6 roller rockers
-arp Head studs
-ATI keyed damper
-electric water pump
-msd 6a
-BBK Headers with hooker catback exhaust with catalytic converter removed
-lt4 pressure plate with mecloead single disk
-Vortech V-1 S-Trim
-custom 7” crank pulley
-snow water/meth injection kit
-stock throttle body
-hard intake piping

Ok here are my questions?
-Thinking 60lb motron injectors?
-255 fuel pump with a voltage booster? Or should I do a dual intake setup?
-2.95” blower pulley, how much boost would this make 6100rpm, it would be max rpm for supercharger.
-Would it be possible to reach 500 rwhp? Or will it need a shot of nitrous?
-What spark plugs?
-Stick with 3:42 gears or go with 3:73 gears?

FYI the clutch and rearend will be upgraded next!
