Can someone explain what all the a/r and the other specs of a turbo mean?

And while I am planning this turbo setup, is a ball bearing turbo necessary? that would cut a lot of money out of the budget

Is it foolish to ceramic coat the inside of the headers for fear of it chipping off and messing up the turbo?

Would a forged 10.7 static CR, survive 5-8psi for a while, until funds allowed a low CR rebuild? Can the stock pcm be used successfully at this low boost level? And when i do switch to FAST, what is the part number I will be needing?
