Question on s-trim pulleys..

Hey guys,

I currently have a Vortech S-trim with the stock crank pulley and 2.95" blower pulley. It is only making around 7 psi. peek boost (kinda low due to larger heads, headers, etc.).

I was wondering how much boost I will gain if I change the stock 6" crank pulley to a 6.66" crank pulley? Would this be a good idea?

Also, will I be over-spinning the s-trim with this combo? The final set-up would end up being:
6.66" crank pulley
2.95" blower pulley
shifting at approx. 6,500 RPM

thanx in advance....

Here's a link to Vortech's impeller speed calculator: http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/...d%20Calculator

I believe LJ was running a 7"/2.75" combo and ran 9.9 at 140 mph with an S-trim.
