quench and turbo?

im gonna run a .500 instead...gotta out do them :P

Actually i just ordered all new gaskets for the entire motor...including .043 head gaskets.

This time ill be sure to vent the crankcase! gonna route the valve covers to the exhaust. Dame turbo blew my rear main out and it leaks like crazy!

What I'm getting at is that a couple of dyno tests on NA engines in the 11/1 range indicated a gain of a few hp due to optimizing quench. However, as demonstrated by the SRT4, quench likely works differently on FI, especially at higher boost levels. And, at best, isn't worth much power.

Quench is not a relevant consideration on a boosted motor.
