I am not sure how much they really were there? I can get on the web site now but some of the pages won't load. I assume no one would answer the phone with nothing but complaint after complaint that they can't do anything about. I unhooked mine since the car runs better without it hooked up. You figure? It did sound real cool. Worst instruction manual in history.

i still have not spoken to anyone. i have a direct number. i was extremely disappionted in the service and the lack of call backs. i put a kit on a impala ss that was horrible. it cost over $6000 dollars, the kit was installed on an engine on a stand not in the car. the instructions were very vage(like move the brake abs assembly) to where i don't know. the spacers were all wrong length, the computer programming was so far off i had to change my maf calibrations by over 300% to get my afr above 10 to 1. not very happy. they told me i done something wrong. i have a very respectible shop with some of the best techs in the area. i think they are lacking in people skills and field testing. just blowing some steam

Thumbs down

When i bought my unit the instructions were there to see. I did not find out till later the last 4 pages were not shown. I then received the unit and 2 pages were missing. I had to go to the web site to get the whole thing. There are holes in the air intake that let air into the intake after the maf. Someone has on the internet there experience and about 4 years ago they found this problem and contacted the company. My unit is 3 months old and has the same defect. I had to stop reading the site where you voice your opinion of the system. I became sick to my stomach when i only could find 1 in 10 with something good to say. I guess if i had a $3000 scanner and a dyno this thing might just do something. I bought the cheapest supercharger on the market. I got what i paid for.
