42lb injectors would be small given your target FWHP and max RPM. Consider 50's or larger as you must keep the DC below 80% especially with the LT1 PCM. A 1:1 FPR should be used.

ok the size of the pulley is 2.85 i guess.i dont know the crank pulley size..whatever a p600b 2 core 8 psi came with etc...the packaging for the blower pulley came with nothing....just a red card on removal and installation instructions of the pulley...the tech i talked to said i could run the motor to 6200 rpms safely..not sure....how true that is..thanks for the help

racetronix..sells 50lb injectors 8 with shipping $490.00.. and lonnie pavits has the racetronix fuel pump kit for $245.00 or so..shipped.... basically $735.00 for injectors and a new fuel pump..i wish there was a cheaper alternative to this lol...perhaps i'll just have to bite the bullet...and thats that....

I had my setup running the 600srwhp with the SF and 50# now.. to support the 700s.. I had to go with a BAP $265, Inj 75# 300s (USED) and Acceleronics $300. + shipping on all.. almost a 1k to just get 100rwhp more, that is in fuel upgrades alone... Heads, cam, supercharger ALL NEW... Same story different $, to just get 100rwhp more.... so... it keeps adding up... If I ever want to support more, I will have to go to the twin in tank at leats and 90# inj to be safe...

Sorry, I wasn't thinking. A good single in-tank pump will do it. It may be necessary to boost voltage to the pump a la the Boost-a- Pump type device or at least re-wire it would a good, heavy gauge power lead to avoid voltage drop.

ok i know i was told not to trust ati..but this is the information i recieved from one of the techs.. i recieved a 2.65 pulley.my crank pulley is 7.65 according to the tech. when i do the calculations at 6400 motor rpms, i get a supercharger rpm amt of 56,350 and its rated to 60,000. at 6000 motor rpms i get 52,828 supercharger rpms well within its max rating. i also asked him about the fuel injector issue. he stated...that.. with the inline ati supplied setup, it can flow more than enough to support 500 hp. and that i should go with a 38lb injector....the only reason i am considering this is on cost. ive seen 40lb injectors 100.00 dollars cheaper than 50lb units and ..i wouldnt need a new fuel pump setup. worst case scenario i dont have enough fuel but..he stated that..the pump provides more than enough fuel pressure..so going to a larger injector would drop fuel pressure some..but that its sufficient to support 500hp with higher rated injectors...thanks for the advice..i still have yet to make up my mind..im thinkin goin the ati setup suggestions...and if its not enough then i'll just have to upgrade..i wish i wasnt under budget constraints lol be alot easier..

I know you are going to hate me for saying this but don't skimp out on the fuel system. Yeah it is expensive so get use to spending money on your car.
i understand that..but is the tech incorrect in stating it would flow enough to support the given horsepower? i did some more digging...and combination motorsports offers a walboro inline tank for supercharged applications for 139.00 and a set of lucas 42.5 lb injectors for 319.00 . thats a bit more reasonable to me than 490.00 bucks for 50lb delphi injectors and 240.00 for a racetronix..setup.. not that either of those products isnt worth the money, i just really got to watch how much im dumping into this car....i guess i'll just keep lookin around...its all about price ..i posted.on the forums for anyone selling injectors...hopefully i'll get lucky and score some decent injectors for a good price... also a mustang site had a set of 42lb steeda injectors for 284.00 shipped im assuming they are bosch style injectors and if so i think theyd work for my application? im probably going to give them a call soon to find out what injector it actually is

The 240 for the racetronix setup is by far a better bang for the buck than that of an inline pump... It comes with the harness and relays to do a totally plug and play situation...
You are making a big mistake if you go the inline route.
