I am building a forged 355. But my question how high can I rev with the p600b. The block will be a studded 2bolt main. I know many people on here suggest the splayed 4 bolt conversion for high RPM's, but is the conversion really worth it if you peak at 6200 rpms?

 

You'll be fine at 6200 IMHO

hell I took my stock motor with a P600B on it to 6800 all the time and it held together till it dropped a valve, the bottom end still looked fine, just my valves didnt like it.

 

Good deal I was looking at 700+ for a 4 bolt splayed conversion...!!!

 

I put splayed mains in my new motor but I plan on putting a D1SC on there with 15 lbs, a P600B isnt going to push enough to worry about it.
