P600b ?

I bought a P600b with twin high flow intercoolers off some on this site a while back.I read the instructions on shiming or spacing the fan motors.I didnt find any spacers in the box.Nor do I have a visual guide to help me out.Are they just washers or cylinder type spacers. Any help would be apprciated.

Re: P600b ?

There should be some small silver cylinder type spacers, two different thicknesses as one of the fans they make at a different depth.

Its been a while but one was appox 3/8 and the other was about a half inch, just put the fans in the shroud and check for clearance between the edge of the fan and the radiator, the spacers just push the fans closer to the radiator, you can fab up something that should work.

Re: P600b ?

When I bought my P600 used that is about the only thing it didn't come with. I just stacked a few washers between the fan motor and housing with some longer screws and worked fine.
