Sounds like a bad case of "blow-by."

It's a problem that shouldn't come as a surprise...when you're running FI on a stock bottom-end. You're probably going to have to put some new rings in there and you might as well beef up the bottom end while you're at it. It will hurt performance because you're losing compression...don't ask me how bad it'll hurt the longevity of the motor.

This is just my guess, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Heck an NA engine would probably do the same thing. Why do you think that they have an O-ring on the dipstick? Solution, don't run the motor with the dip stick pulled.
Now if it starts blowing the dipstick out then grab you wallet.

I thought blow by was when it blew by the piston rings

correct

the FI is forcing itself past the rings into the crankcase, where the dipstick is

How long have you had the supercharger in the car?

Has the PCV system been modified to accommodate the FI.

in my case i am 99% sure it is blowby. i have tried every possible configuration with my PCV but i still get a ton of white smoke out the valve covers and dipstick and oil cap. i am too lazy to do a leak down test cause i don't really want to know for sure.

I was getting a foamy buildup on the inside of my driver's side valve cover and couldn't figure it out. I rebuilt the engine and found a broken compression ring on the number 1 piston.

Guess I didn't have problems with the oil dipstick though......
