Oil leak with high volume oil pump

I have a 94 Camaro Z28 LT1 355 with a 9lb. Powerdyne supercharger on it with shortie headers, LT4 HotCam, LT4 heads, LT4 Intake, and then on top of all that I have a damn high volume oil pump, and the damn **** is kicking out 40 lbs. of oil pressure on idle and 60 lbs. when I am driving it at about 2000 rpms. I have a oil leak on the back on the engine and its nothing like the notorious LT1 intake leak its like I slowly am pouring out a quart of oil every 5-10 minutes and thats all the reason to leave it parked. Anyone have any experience in high volume oil pumps. Or any experience on leaks from the back of the engine. Are there any oil pressure plugs on the back of the engine? And its linking from the top of the engine, not the rear main. Thanks and if you have any experience what so ever post it up. Need to figure something out by tommarow, or I need to go down and buy a LS1. Haha. Later,

-Slim

Oil leak!

Yes there is an oil port on the top rear of the block drivers side just rear of the intake mounting flange and if you forget to plug this you will leak oil severely.

No real effective choice now but to remove the intake and clean the surfaces at the front and back of the block and intake then put down a new bead of silicone at the front and back of the intake and reinstall it.

first of all.. a leaking intake wont effect oil pressure, but yes.. you should fix it properly.

40 at idle is a lot. 60 at WOT is plenty.

so whats the problem?
