3ft was about 6" too short on my setup with the turbo in the same location. I bought a 4ft Earl's line from Summit to fit correctly.

The hole above the oil filter is 1/4npt. I originally thought it was 1/8npt also, and needed to buy a reducer to get it to fit my 1/8npt to -4an elbow.

For drain, I picked up something like this... On the oil pan side, I tapped the pan for 1/2npt and used a 1/2npt to 5/8" hose barb. -10an hose is 5/8" ID.

Yup I reworked the DP to allow for more clearance. I just need to cut of both AIR and EGR fittings like we spoke about, then jig them up to pressure test the headers. Realistically I can get all that done Friday night and ship it out First thing monday.

Is there any real difference in the stainless steel braided hose in Summits catalog and the stainless steel hydraulic hose my local Parts stores sells?
I can order a couple of rolls/lengths of -4AN and -10AN from Summit and pay freight, wait awhile but if the hose is the same, I can get just what length I actually need, cut professionally. Then All I have to do is get the AN fittings for the turbo and the oil pan. Speaking of which, this Canton pan that I have, I bought used from a Vortech guy. He already has the pan drilled and tapped for the S/C oil return. Do you guys know what size Vortech's use for that drain back? I know they included the proper tap/fitting with their kits.

I would think the hydraulic hose would be fine.

Dont say I never did anything for ya:

It appears that the drain fitting has 3/8 NPT threads. so for your dain fittings, if you want AN fittings, try and find an 10AN fitting with 3/8NPT threads. Should be easy to find.
