New numbers D1SC cogged
Good luck with the cog. FWIW I advise against a cog setup for street use. Many people have very short belt life. The teeth tend to strip due to constant rpm changes in street driving. When you wind it up and then close the throttle, the SC impeller wants to keep spinning. It has a lot of inertia and this is when the belt strips. A buddy is running an F1R and had to go to a Kevlar belt to get decent belt life. At ~$125/belt and a life span of weeks he is thinking of going back to a ribbed belt. I am using a Porcharger F1 with a 12-rib setup and have no problems with belt slippage. So, unless you are running a very big blower and absolutely need a cog belt, I'd say stick with a ribbed belt. I don't think you would need to do this with the D1 or S/T-trim size blowers and as I said, I am doing fine with an F1 and a ribbed belt.
Oh yeah, one other thing is that an automatic will be a little more "cog friendly" due to less abrupt rpm changes, especially with a loose converter.

Tony, If you decide to keep your stuff, can you see about getting another one of those spacers made up for me?

[i] I have seen some people change the belt every run at the track.
