Need some help from those with S/C LT-1s PLEASE!

Im notsure what my timing is at... i will check with the tuner.
As far as my ignition system, its an MSD billet opti, MsD blaster coil MSD wires, cut to length and a MSD 6al mounted in the glove box.
My original MAF is gone, so if everyone is on the same page that the Granitelli is a problem I will look into some of the options listed within these four pages on an upgrade.
But first things first, I ordered new plugs, and Im guessing the consesses is that I gap them around 30??? Im gonna pull ALL the wires and clean and examine them fom boot to boot., and hopefully I can clean out that mis, which you can see clearly at the higher end of one of my youtube dyno pulls.
