Miss and SES light at 4800 RPM

Whenever I get into my car, if I let it rev out to 4800 RPM I get a real quick stutter and then the SES light comes on. If I keep going through the gears I'll get the same stutter at the same RPM. After a few normal start/stop cycles the SES light will go out. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Justin

Check your codes. You likely are setting a code for a high MAF reading. You should have purchased a MAF massager (96 & up LT1's)with your kit to prevent this error code.

Could the massager count for the quick skip I get as well?
