Methanol Injection with S/C

I have noticed people have been running metanol injection with turbos to reduce the chance on detination but how and with a super charger? I am looking to build a mid 10 second LT1 Z but dont want to run race gas. Would I be able to run 93 octane with a methanol kit on a 383 or 396 LT1 with a Vortech T Trim with like 10 or 12 lbs of boost?

do a search, I am sure RIch K is tired of answering the same questions over and over again :-D

just as a quickie, 12psi would be easy to handle on pump fuel, even with out injecting anything extra as long as you have an IC

I'm running my own custom alky kit that I make and sell for the F-body... it works very well and on 6# with no intercooler I have no detonation problems. More boost I would be a little worried about having no intercooler.

15-17psi, 200ho nitrous shot, no intercooler, no detonation damage with water/methanol injection from www.kennedysdynotune.co

I know, I think your setup is amazing Rich.... However, I'm sure your IAT's must be extremely high. Weren't you looking for an intercooler a while ago anyway?

Decided against the IC. I think the problems mounting one big enough would outweigh the benefits. IAT's are ~130 degrees without nitrous (70-80 ambient). With N2O they are ~100 degrees.
