Max boost from a P1SC on a 383

I was wondering what PSI a P1SC will make on a ported heads/blower cam 383 with the 12 rib 15# pulley?

Also, what is the max boost the P1SC will make with any pulley before it becomes airflow restricted on a heads/cam 383?

Thanks,
Brent M.

I think with a heads/cam stroker with a 12psi pulley will only make about 10-12psi do to the extra cubes and ported heads. From what ATI told me was that you shouldnt go over 15psi with the p1sc. Honestly, i think yo need to upgrade to a bigger blower like the d-1, i think you'll like that one much better.

12psi or a bit more sounds about right. The pulley combo needed will depend upon what rpm you are planning to achieve that boost. Of course, there are limits based on the max flow of the blower. The P1SC puts out 1,200cfm, pretty comparable to an S-trim. With the S-trim maxed out on my 383 I saw 13-14psi at ~5,500rpm.
