What happen's when you drive in the rain and your air filter get's soaked with water? Or what happen's when someone see's your turbo in the rear of your car while driving behind you and follow's you home and decide's to jack your turbo? Not to mention that the kit doens't even come with injectors, fuel pump, no upgraded ignition, anything like that.

It's cool though some people are dumb enough to buy it that's why there are smart people getting rich off of stupid people
maybe you should actually read all the information about it in the forced induction section before making comments...every one of these concerns was brought up and answered.

They don't answer the question about turbo lag. That's a seriously long run from the rear to the front, that HAS to introduce some serious lag, there is no way around it. From the time you put your foot in ther throttle until the time you get the turbo spinning, you're not making any power. Even with turbo's underthe hood it's an issue, much less from the back of the car.

if you go here,http://www.ststurbo.com/lt1_camaro_kits , and look in the faq, they do. and also there is some dyno runs, and a cool a$$ video. asfor if someone wants too follow me home and jack it, number one, i live wayyyy back in ther country, and number 2, hows that any different from them wanting to jack the rims or exhaust or car? if they seriously want it they will get it, but most theives i know dont run around with tool kits and such, atleast not here besides it sounds ...interesting and grows on me.

I think somebody should go saw off your muffler with tips and place it on the hood of your car. It would give you something to think about...

That would just show me that whomever saws off my tips and puts them on my hood is a complete moron for doing so...sawing off someones rear mounted turbo is a whole different story....especially if it's a daily driver...

All for $hits and giggles of course...

Please explain how its different... I agree with what you said that the person to take the exhaust off is a complete moron...same goes for the person that would take a turbo...

Why doesn't somebody steal your car...For ****s and giggles of course...to have some fun..

didn't sound like a joke to me.

Lets face it, someone with a sawzall can take any part of your car they want, how hard do you really think it would be to open up a car hood? While we're at it, what about those people with $800 exhaust systems (or $1300+ with Corvettes), wouldn't they suffer from the same problem? Just as easy to sawzall off an exhaust as it is a turbo.

The people that tend to tick me off are the ones that pass judgement without even reading anything. All the issues talked about here were covered (even the stealing of the turbo) but you guys didn't even bother to read it before you started making stupid comments.
