LT1 Edit or Tunercat?

Which one is better? I'd prefer to get the cheaper $ one due to budget constraints. Are there any limitations to either? I would like to tune my car myself once the blower is on.

they both do the same thing, but tunercat will work with all PCMs. LT1Edit is limited to one VIN #.

I have been looking into both, and was wandering the same. Most people i know are using LT1 Edit, but i dont like that it is limited to one VIN#, where tunercat is open.

I've never used LT1Edit, so I can't fully answer that. Tunercat allows editting of all tables in the PCM, so there shouldn't be any restrictions.

Did you ever get Tunercat? If you did, how do you like it?

Tunercat also has the Emulator which allows LIVE changes.... you don't have to download, change, then upload anymore. The Emulator is $150 extra but your changes are LIVE and noticeable... especially for idle quality and surges.
