LT1 Boost PT88 turbo kit

These are mockup pics of a PT88 T4 kit I am finishing ... should have no problem supporting 1000hp. EDIT *** Added painted pics**** Just a quick teaser showing the layout.

1 5/8" headers
2.5" crossover
3" up pipe
60mm XO2 racing wastegate
3" DP (4" necked down to 3")
support bracket for the turbo

Thanks. It looks better in person. The guy buying the kit is going to have it professionally coated.... should look sexy.

Ohhh Ahhh looks pretty interesting. Lets see some dyno numbers. Wish I had the funds to start a turbo project now. Nice work.

Jon.

Im positive you can fit a 3.5" downpipe right there. If I was to have a turbo with that large of a outlet that is what i would have went for. My 3" fits nice and i know a 3.5" ovaled a little in the right spots would work. Something to think about for the next kit.

Looks good. Looks like you are getting the hang of the process!!

Thanks Nick. Yeah, unfortunately with the stock K I didnt want to gamble. I wish I had an extra tubular K for mockup. I think I could see a 4" then.

This set of hotparts only took ~3 weeks to make... getting a little quicker as I go.
