Low vacuum at idle
I would think 30* is to low..but the only way to find out is to put more idle timing in and see if the car likes it....put 32* in and watch your map sensor see if the number gos down, or you can do the same with a vac gauge hooked up.....
in which table in tuner cat are you talkin about?
Mine likes 28 degrees. I get 13" of vacuum. When the AC compressor kicks on it drops to 11 or 12". The compressor will kick on sometimes when the heater is on too. Also your idle vacuum will go up once the fuel trims trim out your A/F ratio. So you have to drive it a few times after you tune it before the vacuum will settle down. Hope this helps.

I'm floating around 12 inches of vac at a 725rpm idle (I cut it down. It sounds cool). Thats on a 218/224 cam. I believe my timing is floating around the high 20's at that idle and map readings.
