The instructions are available from the innovate site, I was trying to describe what some of the features of the unit are, not trying to be a step-by-step instruction guide.
The LM1/LC1 can provide output for closed loop WOT AFR control to those PCMs which are capable of this, the LT1 however is not. This is applicable to aftermarket units such as FAST, Holley, Accel and others.
Hope this clears up my previous post.
