Talking Let's play the guess my rwhp game!

I am either tuning it on a dynojet Saturday, or making only 2 pulls on a mustang dyno with my mailorder tune, set @ 26 degrees. The reason I may only make 2 pulls is because there is a dyno day at a local shop (2 pulls for $60). I prefer to hit the other shop and tune it on his dynojet- $125/hr because then I can dial her in, but he may not be available Sat.

I should only be seeing 8-10psi... so let's guess dyno numbers for each dyno scenerio:

383ci
Bone stock heads
218/230 114 LSA
LT1 Boost Budget Kit with T76GTS
M6 Tranny
10 Bolt w/3.42's
3" DP with cutout closed, 3" borla exhaust

Here is my guess:

dynojet - 500rwhp @ w/pcmforless tune and 550rwhp w/my tune

mustang dyno - 450rwhp @ with pcmforless

Hmmm no 12 bolt, and stock heads..... I will bite and toss these numbers out there. Be sure and get a vid for us Also a vid on the street from like a 3rd gear roll would be great

dynojet -- 492rwhp/528rwtq

mustang dyno- 441rwhp/461rwtq

dynojet w/your tuning-- 514rwhp/544rwtq.

I don't think I'll have any video... I am flying solo , and I am the one driving my car on the dyno.

I'll guess 480 rwhp @ 8psi on the dynojet.

500rw would not surprise me though especially if it makes closer to 10psi.

You could always put the cam on a tripod

I won't be dynoing at the shop that is having the dyno day if I can reserve time to tune on the dynojet (different shop then where the dyno day is happening).

Yeah, Dirtydave got 575rwhp @ 11psi on a dynapack dyno... but he had ported heads and a tiny bit more cam than me.

well my NA 383 made 411 in an auto 12 bolt!, I would say if the motor is anything like mine around the 550@5800rpm @8psi no issues. (mine made 411@6080 and was still climbing)

I'll say 550rwp based on the fact you are spraying meth and cranking up the timing.

Well, dynojet isnt available until next saturday, so i was gonna hit the mustnag dyno day. I went to fire up the T/A and got nothing. battery is charged, no clicking from the starter, nothing. I noticed my remote doesn't work either 9to lock and unlock the car). Anything you guys can think of that would cause this (other than the starter)?
