You need to hit'em up Sunday night at Hall's. I think he's stalling you so he can put more boost & tire to the car. Make sure you bring someone to video the race

 

Well I spoke with the guy last night, and he has been trying to lean out the car because it was running pig fat previously (10 on his wideband AFR). He's got it leaned now to 11.0, and hoping to lean it more to 11.5. He said he should be ready this weekend to line them up. I already got a camera man willing, so it sounds promising that it will happen soon.

Hopefully this weekend, but if not, it will be soon.

 

Well, it happened. I know I'm gonna upset most of you, but I'd like to finish editing the video and post it up before I say what the results were. Being that my computer is having some issues with the software, it might be a week till I get it done, but be patient with me, and I will post it up.

FWIW, he did indeed get it leaned out, and it was much faster tonight when he ran me, than when he ran the vette .

tuned, but not ever been put on the dyno...

Could be more as well, but above is just what I know for sure at this point.

The video shows everything. My video software is having issues. I will have the bugs worked out in a few days and then I can get the video going on it. It will take almost the same amount of time to show it un-edited as it would edited. I hope to have it up prior to next weekend.

Again, I'm sure many of you are anxious, but please be patient. I promise I will post it as soon as its done.

Final update on the mods... It looks like he has everything I mentioned previously + a tubular K-member and coil overs, and that seems to be it for his mods.
