what makes a good intercooler? what should i look for when looking at the specs of a intercooler? are all brands of intercoolers about the same, what makes some better than others? i will be running up to 20 psi and about, and hopefully 650 to 750 hp. i want to get a huge front mount but dont know what im looking at. im going to do all the fabrication myself, but i want something around 30ish long, i want it to take up the entire for light section on my car, lt1.

 

Go with the biggest you can fit for 15 to 20psi. Check out E_bay, I got a large spearco for approx $800. I did my own plumbing (3" hard pipe.)
