Installed Procharger supercharger belt/pulley squeek...driving me nuts!

Not sure what the deal is or how to stop this damn supercharger belt from squeeking. p600b single intercooler system..8 rib pulley/belt. It is a new belt and is doesn't have a long screeching to it, just a noticable squeek..squeek..squeek. I believe it is the pulley that puts tenion on the belt. Has anyone had this problem or have some suggestions? Its extra anoying and louder then the whine of the supercharger!

Anyhelp appreciated...very smooth install with this at the end!!!

When i bought my supercharger kits from one of the crooks on this board, i was told it had "500 miles" on it. well one of the many things wrong with it was the tensioner pully bearings where totally shot. I caught it before i installed it tho, so it was never run with bad bearings, but i asume if it aint spinning, it would cause a squeek.

I picked up two new bearings for it for $10 at a local bearing store.

Worth a check

I thought my P1SC had its bearings going out, but it turned out to be a tiny air line came loose from my intake manifold. I could not for the life of me deduce that the sound was vacuum, because it sounded like a bearing about to seize up!

Otherwise, just spray some belt lube and see if it goes away.
