Hydro carbons too high.

I bought a 1994 Z28 with an ATI procharger. The car had not been on the for 5 years. We replaced the cat and did a tune up. TThe car failed emissions for hydro carbons. We did a hi performance coil and plugs. Failed again at 1.7 (need 1 1 to pass pass]. We then puthe in 24lb Injectors and the stock ECU. Hydro carbons dropped to 1.5. CO was 4.3829 limit is 15.00.
NOX was at 1.253 with a limit of 3.00 . What else can I look at to get it down?

Would have been a lot better if you had just agreed to let me move your original post to this forum.

Whatever. We don't want duplicate post of the same topic on multiple forums. Causes confusion when a responder doesn't see what has already been discussed in the earlier thread.

I was only offering to help you.
