How is everyones car coming along this season??

Well I have made some huge progress on my new setup. Just have to finish wiring up my LTCC box and pressure switch for my twin intank setup. A little info on my setup:

383 Stroker-M6
Comp Cam 224/236 on a 113 ls.
FAST system
83 lb injectors
F1 ATI with twin intercoolers (hopefully will see 18 lbs of boost)
Moser 9-in with all the goodies
Spohn Suspension components.

Big thanks goes out to the guys of Aggressive Performance.

How is everyone elses car coming along??

Well I had a motor refreash, blower service, installed the dual intank, went with ported AFR 190's and a FAST and Spohn TA..

However, I had a LOT of teething troubles. Chased a lot of ghosts and ran down a lot of "garden paths". However, as of today I finally have the FAST working right. However, now I'm over heating and it appears I have burnt out a fan motor (I know why it happened).

However, lots of learning as a result but hopefully up and running in a few more days.

I need to get some new injectors though.

What is an LTCC box?

The other thing I feel I should do, is get a crank case EVAC system installed.

The LTCC box allows you to run LS1 coilpacks. ALthough this does not totally eliminate the function of the opti it helps give the car a stronger spark.

Yeah Spohn makes some pretty solid stuff.

My car "should" be completed by late april. All that is left on the car is to add the blower back on, the by pass valve and get it tuned with 50# injectors. All the little odds and ends are pretty much finish and I am driving the car every day right now. I am shooting to have it done on Easter weekend. Since I have never owned anything faster than a mid to low ~13 second car, A blown 383, Long tubes, and a cc305 cam with ~11# of intercooled boost should really make for some FUN

Waiting on pistons, .040" over pistons for a 3.75" stroke crank with low compression are hard to find. I also have a nice Gen 7 dfi kit on the way.

When it's done I'll have a 385 cubic inches of turbocharged fury! This is better than 383 cid of head gasket blowing power.

Just got the forged set up 355 done and completely rebuilt and installed. So far I've got about 300 miles on her right now. Just trying not to beat on it too hard before its broke in a lil bit. Runs nice, pulls strong with the exception of the crappy 3.23 gears.

Here is a minor basic run down. Nice N/A -N20 set up.

.030 oversize, forged pistons, moly rings, bout 11:1 compression

reconditioned rods, ARP everything, Stage 2 heads and intake by ME! extensive bowl/runner work, Meziere elec WP

AFR Hydra Rev kit, Comp R lifters, CC306, hardened pushrods, Crane Gold rr's, 58mmTB, 30lb SVO's, 255lph racetronix kit,

OBD1 coversion by Madwolf,

thats the basics I guess I have other stuff also but its late and Im tired, lol
See ya on the road~~~~rob

Hey Kevin

Sound like your car is coming along. My buddy is the one who bought your Borla. Are you still planning on running the D1? Did you fix your tensioner issue?

tubular a-arms
wolfe sway bar
QA1 12 way for back
new springs for back

Hope to get this thing into the low 9 range this season.
