Which heads / how much boost

After reading for hours to figure my setup, I need some help.

Planning on running:

383 w/JE pistons & upgraded piston pins/hellfire rings
Callies stealth crank
Callies compstar series rods
4 bolt splayed main caps

What compression ratio should I aim for to run 22-24lb boost
Planning on spraying meth

Which heads should I use, AI TFS 215cc ported heads or AFR 210's
How big (round figure) should I aim for when selecting a Solid Roller cam, duration 218's terretory or something higher, and how much lift, I believe lower as it will be relatively low compression ratio.

Does anyone have a round figure chart ei:

X amount Boost requires X amount compression ratio

My setup right now if I run felpro 1074's (heard of 26lb boost on them) would net me 8.5:1 compression with 65cc heads, I realize to run 22-24lb boost I may need to run 8:1 compression? Keeping in mind I'll be spraying meth. If I need to lower compression from 8.5 then I'll have to go with cometic's to increase to .060 gaskets.

The engine build is under way, I need to buy a set of heads, I'm going back and forth between AFR 210's competition heads which claim 315cfm or so flow numbers, where as AI's are around 305cfm but prooven again and again.

Hope to get advise on compression ratio to run, and head choice TFS 215cc AI or AFR 210's.

Thanks for any advice that comes with experience.

What I didn't see in your description was will this be a strip only or street/strip car?
Getting down low in the compression ratio will really affect the low end/off boost torque but if this is a strip only car that will only see high RPM then that's probably inconsequential.
Off hand, I would think you'd need to "O"-ring the block for PSI of that level. Sure sounds like you'll have a great foundation for whatever you want

Figure out how much power you need/want to make and build accordingly instead of building to peg a boost gauge. If you just want a high boost number find a head with crappy flow numbers.
