HD clamp sets available for LT1 w/ blower?

I'm going to be running somewhere around 12 psi this summer, but I'm worried about the weak screw-type clamps being able to hold the intake elbow and other piping pieces together under higher boost. I had the intake elbow blow off a few times with only 7 psi or so in cold air, so I'm a bit wary of the standard clamps.

My friend's Grand National had this same problem, and cured it with these: https://www.kirbanperformance.com/st...cts/1563p.html

Any ideas on who might carry a set of these for LT1 blower setups?

TIA.

EDIT: OK, apparently Kirban doesn't like having people link to his products to drum up sales........but they're in there. Do a search for clamps at the main page if the link doesn't work.

I use stainless T-bolt clamps on all my 2-1/2" and 3" ducting available from Summit. Unfortunately, they do not make one large enough for 4" ducting (throttle body being an elongated 4"), so I use Turbo style clamps there. These should be available at any truck stop or industrial supply shop. If you'd like pics of either/both style clamps, please e-mail me. I wish the admins would turn on html here so we could post pics like at thirdgen.org. This would allow all us to share pics where words don't convey the meaning of something, like clamps!! I don't understand the reasoning why they don't.

You looking for some of these ?

http://www.geocities.com/marcs94z28/383coilpacks.html

I found them at Fastenal combany in Greenland NH 603-559-9350 Here is their website as they have a store locator so perhaps you can find one closer to where you live http://www.fastenal.com/
The Greenland location will ship them if needed.

I am at work now and don't have the part number handy but just call them and tell them what you want.

I get all my clamps from Air Flo Systems

They've got just about anything you'll need.

Holy crap...$6-$11/clamp??

Also, I am going to be using one of the "cobra head elbows" on my car this year. From inlet to bottom of the elbow, it measures about 3.6" compared to a standard 5.5" bend. Plus, it's a little thicker than ATI's rubber elbow so it won't collapse. Here's it is on Air-Flo's site

I also took a few pictures of it this weekend...

I found the best deals here: http://shop.airflowonline.com/Mercha...gory_Code=IHC1

At $4 a clamp, I'm there! They look great too, a lot better than those cheesy hose clamps I have on there currently. Guess I didn't check to see what kind of shipping prices they charge though......

They're not bad. I usually order 10-15 at a time, just so I have some extras.

I use 3.5" clamps by the throttle body and 3" everywhere else. I'll take some pictures comparing the regular clamps and these. I think you'll be VERY satisfied.
