Is this a good turbo cam for my set-up.

I'm currently building up a 355 forged shortblock at the moment. The car is a m6 with a sts turbocharger. I still plan to use the stock aluminum heads for now. The cam I would like to get is 224/230 .581/.588 115 for my set-up. Another member on the ls1tech site had this cam with there sts set-up with a 383 stroker and afr heads. It also sounded pretty good. I'm currently running the lt4 hotcam right now on the stock engine. My question is Would this custom cam hurt my performance or boost or will it be just as good if not better then with my hotcam?? Also is this cam too much for my stock unported aluminum heads??

Everyone will tell you to use single pattern or reverse split. However, from experience I can tell you that cam is fine. And. . . pretty much anything is better than the Hot cam.

That cam will work good. With forced induction, the biggest thing is getting a cam with less overlap so boost doesn't escape with the exhaust.

I'll be running a 224/224 .573/.565 114LSA on a 383 T88 setup... we'll see how she does N/A in the summer when I break in the motor. I'll dyno the N/A setup just for $hits and giggles.

That's almost my exact cam......Mine is .571/.571 lift. I'll be watching to see how it does. I might get mine running a little sooner than you, hopefully. Lots of setbacks getting this thing running. Time, money, you know the usual stuff.
