No. That kit is a universal kit that could be used on any car. How are you going to spool the turbos with a kit that contains no exhaust mainifolds?
I was in the same boat as you (knowing nothing about forced induction) and I found nearly everything that I needed to know from using the search function on this site. Pick one thing you want to learn about; Search for it and learn everything you can, then move onto the next portion. If anything I would definitely do a search on Realquick's turbo hot parts.
