You'll be fine, call ractronix tomarrow and talk to them. They actually recommend this setup to 700RWHP.
just get the racetronix dual walbro setup from lonnies
I would go that route if you decided to make 1000 RWHP. Plus I think It would be more pricey as well, and the Fab work is a Bitch (I think anyways)
The racetronix kit comes with a Plug-n-play connector to work with the KB or MSD boost a pump.
Your looking at $250 for the racetronix kit, $200-240 for the boost a pump (I think, can't remember) and $420 for the 60lb motrons from speedinc.

no

To be honest Probably not, I plan on doing it though just b/c I don't like using parts with a 130,000 miles Plus, you know what I mean, lol

Re: fuel pumps ... what are you using?

Im using a bosch inline pump with 30lbs/hr injectors. Works very well, no lean issues on the dyno at all.

The stock PCM will only drive high impedence injectors, but you can't get BIG injectors (75lb/hr and higher) in high impedence.

If anyone needs an acceleronics impedence converter box to convert the hiZ PCM signals to work with lowZ injectors, I'll sell one for $225 shipped. I bought it for the same price used and never did install it because I went a different route. (They go for $400ish new)

I want the Weldon, but which and is there anything wrong with the Barry Grant King Sumo pump? I know someone here had a bad experiance.
Dual intanks is the way to go. Not only does it support more HP but it also gives you a backup limp home pump. I have a switch on mine so I can switch between primary and secondary pumps. My secondary comes on at 5 psi. I have 15000 daily driven miles on this setup and I would highly recommend it. Lonnies setup is a good deal when you look at all the shopping and soldering you have to do to make one yourself.

I had a fuel pump fail on me 3 yrs ago 100 miles from my house in the middle of nowhere. I wish I would have had this setup then. I had to lowboy my car home.

Will 60lbs hiZ's be a problem on my car with the stock PCM?

The mototron 60's are plug and play with the stock computer and have a nice spray pattern for good low rpm and idle. Racetronix and Harris Speed Works sells flowmatched sets.

All said and done I think I spent about $400 on everything. I ended up making some chages though. At first I used a Y-block from Jegs, but when my rubber hoses kept falling off I found it a royal pain to pull the pumps out with the Y-block, so I just went to a local hardware store and bought some plumbing instead that was smaller and fit much better. And I also swapped to braded fuel lines in the tank.

BTW, I am running 60lb mototron injectors. I HIGHLY reccomend them after talking to mulitple tuners. These should support up to 750-800 at the wheels.

Re: fuel pumps ... what are you using?

Using (2) Walbro 255 intank FP's. With Kenney Bell voltage boost on Pump #1Each pump on seperate circuit. Pump #2 can be shut off from switch near drivers seat. All 3/8 socketless hose. Runs to a Y @ mid car to 1/2 line to fuel cooler/ fuel filter/ then to rail. Running 72# injectors with the acceleronics driver. So far this works well for me. No fuel starvation.
